Le Viet Duc - Today I have finished drafting a letter to the Party and State leaders to denounce Manulife insurance group in colluding with Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank to defraud me, appropriate my money and perhaps also misappropriate the customers' money. Is it true that Manulife is a large foreign enterprise, favored by the Vietnamese government, rich, and able to spend money to buy the entire system of legal protection agencies of the Vietnamese state, so Manulife dares to be arrogant? to such a crazy level?
