Lạ nhỉ, đây là bài phát biểu của mình trong một hội thảo quốc tế ở Paris năm 2006 do Tổ chức hợp tác và phát triển kinh tế OECD tổ chức. Mình trình bày bằng tiếng Anh dựa trên các slides này, không hiểu tại sao người ta lấy lại và đọc lại từng từ bằng tiếng Anh của họ, để làm gì nhỉ ? Mình không phát biểu bằng cách đọc từng từ thế này. Đang lang thang trên mạng để tìm tài liệu viết giáo trình "Kinh tế quốc tế" thì tự nhiên thấy lại bài cũ này nên mình lưu lại.
