Trào lưu 3D không chỉ làm điên đảo Hollywood mà còn đang tạo nên những thay đổi bất ngờ trong lĩnh vực hội họa đường phố. 

 

Tác phẩm "Ảo giác Grand Canyon" của Kurt Wenner đang được giới thiệu tại Mỹ.

Nghệ thuật vẽ tranh 3D trên đường phố đang thu hút sự tham gia của rất nhiều nghệ sĩ. Tranh 3D cũng đang mang đến cho người xem những trải nghiệm thú vị chưa từng có từ những sáng tạo đầy bất ngờ của các họa sĩ. Kurt Wenner, nghệ sĩ vẽ tranh 3D nổi tiếng đến từ Rome vừa giới thiệu những tác phẩm hội họa 3 chiều ấn tượng tại Grand Canyon khiến nhiều người thích thú. 

The Grand Canyon artwork, tên cuộc triển lãm tranh 3D của Kurt, sẽ được giới thiệu tại National Geographic Visitor Center ở Tusayan từ nay cho đến tháng 10 tới. Các tác phẩm của anh phủ khắp sân của trung tâm National Geographic và "mọc" cả trên tường. Anh đã phải mất tới 150 giờ mới hoàn thành được toàn bộ các tác phẩm được giới thiệu lần này.

Ban đầu Kurt vẽ phác thảo bằng phấn màu, sau đó dùng công nghệ số để in tác phẩm bằng một loại sơn đặc biệt. Do vậy các bức tranh 3D của anh có thể đối mặt với những vấn đề khó khăn của thời tiết từ giờ cho đến khi kết thúc triển lãm. Đây là lần đầu tiên Kurt giới thiệu những tác phẩm của mình tại Bắc Mỹ và anh hy vọng sẽ mang loại hình nghệ thuật trên vỉa hè này lên một cấp độ cao hơn. 

Kurt Wenner rất mê vẽ tranh 3D. Với anh, đây là loại hình nghệ thuạt không bị giới hạn bởi những khung tranh hay trong không gian chật hẹp của một gallery. "Tôi có thể mang tác phẩm của mình đến bất cứ đâu tôi muốn", Kurt nói. Từng theo học nghệ thuật tại châu Âu, các tác phẩm của Kurt chịu ảnh hưởng khá mạnh từ những bức tranh được vẽ trên các trần nhà ở Roma thế kỷ 17.

Kurt Wenner 

Kurt Wenner was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan and boasts to be the inventor of three-dimensional pastel drawings. He produced his first commissioned mural at the age of sixteen, and by seventeen was earning his living as a graphic artist. He attended both Rhode Island School of Design and Art Center College of Design. According to his website, 3D Pavement Artists, 3D Sidewalk Artists, and 3D Chalk artists can all trace the roots of their work back to the street art of Rome in 1982, where Kurt Wenner transformed the complex geometry of Classical Italian Architecture into a new form of Popular Art. Whether they are called Street Paintings, Chalk Paintings, Sidewalk Paintings or pavement art, if they have a three-dimensional illusion they can be traced back to Kurt Wenner pastel drawings.
